Rose Hartwig is a global marketing and technology executive and the founder of Marketing Fluency, a strategic advisory practice that partners with CEOs, CMOs, and boards navigating growth, transformation, and AI-driven change.

With more than two decades of experience shaping growth for tech disruptors and iconic brands, including Peloton, Google, Meta, VMware / Omnissa, Pure Storage, and Cohesity, Rose helps organizations clarify direction, strengthen positioning, and accelerate performance at pivotal stages.

Previously, Rose served as SVP, Global Brand & Product Marketing at Peloton, where she helped scale the company’s global marketing organization and consumer strategy during a period of hypergrowth. Earlier, she held senior operational and consulting roles across both consumer and enterprise technology sectors.

Beyond her advisory work, Rose serves as a Board Director at Latinas in Tech and How Women Lead, is an Executive Member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association, and mentors entrepreneurs through the LBAN Business Scaling Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Rose is a frequent speaker and podcast guest on leadership, innovation, and the impact of AI on business and marketing. She earned her MBA from the University of Michigan and B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University.
